June 1, 2020 Update
Our office will be opened to the public on Friday, June 5 as Montgomery County transitions to “yellow” under Governor Wolf’s edict. We are prepared to welcome you to our office. You will need to wear a mask in order to enter the premises. We have installed plexi-glass shields at both receptionist desks, and we have hand sanitizer available for your use.
If you are stopping by to drop off forms or a payment you do not need to make an appointment, but if you want to meet with someone to discuss insurance needs an appointment is suggested. Some of our employees are working from home, so the person you need to meet may not be here unless they know in advance that you are coming. We look forward to seeing you – stay safe!
March 20, 2020 Update
As of Friday March 20th in compliance with the Governor’s order for the health and safety of our staff members and customers, our physical office will be closed to the public. We will, however, be fully operational and working remotely. Staff members are directly connected to our phone system and have full computer access.
There is a drop box at the rear entrance to our office below the double window on the porch. This can be used to drop off payments or signed forms. Call us to discuss any special needs. Many forms can be signed electronically via email and payments can also be made electronically or by credit card.
